Handmade abalone necklace made with a piece of abalone from Northern California.
I made this pendant last year using solid sterling silver.
This piece of abalone is unique not only because of its colors and patterns but because of the whole in the center of the piece. Like whole abalone shells, this is what that hole was forming to be except it had not made it all the way through yet before it washed to shore and was found.
Necklace length is 16"
