Does the jewelry tarnish?

Our jewelry is made with 999 fine silver and 925 sterling silver metals, which are non-tarnish. This means you can wear your jewelry in the ocean, shower, while working out, and more without worrying about tarnishing.

For the best care practices, and to ensure your jewelry remains in top condition, simply clean your pieces with a silver polishing cloth.

When will my package be shipped?

All orders will be shipped 1-5 business days after purchase is made. Thank you for you support, this one woman show appreciates you.

Non-Damaged Items:
Please note that we do not offer refunds for non-damaged items.

Damaged Items:
If you experience any issues with your jewelry we are here to help! Simply send an email to intertidaljewelry@gmail.com with a picture of the item and a short description of the issue. Upon approval, you will receive a refund. You will only need to cover the shipping costs. I can also send you a new piece if the item is replicable as long as I am sent the original.

Incorrect Mailing Address

If you place the order with the wrong shipping info, email intertidaljewelry@gmail.com immediately with the correct info.

Intertidal Jewelry is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds for these orders.

International Customers

For our valued international customers, please note that you are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or additional charges that may apply to your shipment. These fees are not included in the purchase price and must be paid by the recipient upon delivery.

Quality Control

All pieces are handmade from start to finish in my home studio. Every piece is created to be as perfect as possible; however, when crafting by hand rather than by machine, slight variations and subtle marks can occur. This is especially true when working with organic, natural materials from the earth — like abalone — where each piece carries its own unique patterns, textures, and character. These subtle distinctions are part of what makes artisan work so special and uniquely yours.

Each item is photographed as accurately as possible, and any noticeable imperfections will always be noted in the description. To keep your piece looking its best, simply use a polishing cloth occasionally to remove natural buildup over time.

If you'd like, I can also give you a slightly more elevated luxury version or a softer, more poetic version depending on the tone of your brand.
