Non-Damaged Items:
Please note that we do not offer refunds for non-damaged items.
Damaged Items:
If you experience any issues with your jewelry within the first 30 days of purchase, we are here to help! Simply send an email to aifodor10@gmail.com with a picture of the item and a short description of the issue. Upon approval, you will receive a refund. You will only need to cover the shipping costs.
Incorrect Mailing Address
Intertidal Jewelry is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds for these orders.
Lost Package:
We hope this never happens, but in the unlikely event that your package gets lost in transit, we want to help make it right. Since this is a situation beyond both of our control, we will offer you a 40% discount on a replacement order. Please contact us at aifodor10@gmail.com with your order details, and we'll assist you with the process.
International Customers
